Please note that the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Original Rose Teddy. “You” and “your” refer to you, the user of this website.
Purchases of gift hampers with Alcohol:
It is against the law for Original Rose Teddy or you to sell or supply liquor to, or obtain liquor on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years under Liquor Act 2007 and the Liquor Regulation 2018.
By ticking the ‘I agree’ button during the checkout process, the purchaser represents that they and the recipient, are over 18 years old. The purchaser accepts that it is an offence to falsely represent they are of legal age to purchase alcohol and to obtain alcohol on behalf of a person who is under 18 years.
In placing the order with Original Rose Teddy for a gift hamper that contains alcohol, you warrant to Original Rose Teddy that:
- you are over the age of 18 year
- any person that you are obtaining the Goods for, or supply the Goods to, is over the age of 18 years
- you will not take or supply any part of your order to any liquor-restricted area or community
- the gift can only be delivered to another adult who is not the purchaser

the gift cannot be delivered to a person at the location where the gift was purchased i.e. the gift is delivered directly to the recipient of the gift

gifts must be delivered between the hours of 7am to 7pm
Refund/Exchange policy
Unfortunately we have a no refund/exchange policy unless a item is deemed faulty. We do not refund/exchange due to change of mind or If an order was placed incorrectly. Please make sure that you choose carefully.
If your Rose Teddy is faulty, you must notify the Original Rose Teddy Team within 24 hours of delivery. Any claims received later than 24 hours from the time the bear was delivered will be rejected.
If an item is faulty we will request photo images of the fault via email to Originalroseteddy@outlook.com.au Please also provide your order number. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
If you would like to reorder the item and it is not available at the time you are placing your order, please contact the team via email Originalroseteddy@outlook.com.au
Some roses may fall out during shipment. These issues will not be considered as a product fault. Simply apply some kraft (non acid based) or super glue to the petal and simply attach.
If a refund takes place, we will process your refund back onto the card/payment method that you originally placed the order with. This will need to be requested from the original buyer, not the recipient gifted to.
